Extory provides a 60-day limited warranty on the specific repair work performed, unless a different warranty period is stated on the customer’s invoice.
Replacement parts are subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty when available.
Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repaired or replaced components identified on the customer’s invoice. It does not cover unrelated component failures or new problems that develop elsewhere in the appliance.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by:
- Customer misuse or improper operation
- Overloading
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Work performed by another company or individual after Extory service
- Pre-existing or unrelated defects
- Power supply or electrical problems outside the appliance
- Pest or rodent activity, including cockroaches, mice, rats, insects, droppings, nesting materials, chewed wiring, contamination, or related damage
Service required because of customer-caused damage, misuse, unauthorized work, pest activity, or an unrelated appliance failure may be treated as a new service call and may be subject to additional diagnostic, labor, and parts charges.
Complete warranty terms for each repair are listed on the customer’s invoice or service agreement.
